O R D E R

The order under challenge in the present Writ Petition is the transferring order of the petitioner from Erode to Perambalur.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner herein had joined the Perambalur Station on 09.05.2006. Subsequently, by an oder dated 19.02.2008, the petitioner was also dismissed from service. As such, no fruitful orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
