Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 12.10.2007 passed by the first respondent in T.S.E.No.15/2005 dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner and served on the petitioner on 28.1.2008 quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant and consequential benefits, award costs.
