The order passed by the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in proceedings dated 27.02.2017 reveals that the election was conducted for Masjidhey Aqsa Mosque, Londenpet at Krishnagiri was for the period of three years from 14.02.2016 to 13.02.2019.
2. The tenure of the elected Office Bearers expired and therefore, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now. If at all any other grievance exists for the petitioner, he is at liberty to work out his remedy under the provisions of the
Wakf Act.
3. Consequently, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
