O R D E R

This Court passed an order on 30.09.2011, which reads as under:- "The above matter is listed today i.e., 30.09.2011, under the caption 'Default https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cases', for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, including the payment of batta.

2. The concerned counsels are directed to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before 21.10.2011, as a last chance, and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the WPMP No.37109 of 2004 in WP No.30626 of 2004 shall stand dismissed, automatically, in so far as the concerned respondent(s) is/are concerned, without further reference to this Court."

2. The matter is listed today i.e. on 18.10.2019. On verification, it is found that the defects notified by the Registry has not been complied with, within the time stipulated in the order dated 30.09.2011. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
