Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO. 19530/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.

IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR R1 on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, the petitioner shall execute a bond under Section 88 Cr.P.C. for Rs.5,000/- without sureties, on undertaking to appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.19530 of 2018 getting dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court shall stand dispensed with till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No.19530 of 2018.
