Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the 1st respondent and quashing his order vide G.O.(D)No.131 dated 20.3.2014 confirming the dismissal order dated 24.11.2009 passed by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to settle the eligible terminal benefits of Mr.A.Vijayan since deceased to the petitioners herein who are his legal heirs within time frame pass such other order as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
