ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petition for anticipatory bail in Cr.No.15 of 2017 for alleged offence under Section 399 IPC.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioners and others are alleged to have committed robbery.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and the stage of the investigation, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Ordered as under:- (i) anticipatory bail granted;

(ii)Petitioners shall surrender before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioners shall execute a separate bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioners shall report before the said Magistrate on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m for one week and thereafter, as and when required.
