This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Heard Mrs. Ramya V Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/claimant.
3. Mrs.R.Rathna Thara, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent Insurance Company, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. Though the respondents 1 and 3 are served with notice and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 32 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and print the name of Mrs.R.Rathna Thara as counsel for the second respondent at the time of admission of the appeal.
