O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 21.11.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta granted in favour of respondents 5 and 6.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the appeal is pending before the third respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the patta has been issued in the name of 2/4
respondents 5 and 6 and the petitioner, aggrieved by the same, has filed an appeal before the third respondent on 21.11.2024 and the same is pending, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the respondents 5 and 6 and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
