The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 03.11.2008 within the stipulated time.

respondent submitted that the representation sought to be disposed of in the writ petition, has already been disposed of on 06.11.2018.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
