PRAYER in W.P. 25604 of 2009 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the electricity bill dated 30.11.2009 passed by the 5th respondent in respect of service connection bearing No.HTSC 85 in the name of the petitioner and quash the same in so far it relates to the consumption charges claimed in clause 1 to 3 of the bill and consequently direct the respondents either to refund the amount or adjust the same in the future electricity bills. PRAYER in W.P. 25605 of 2009 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the electricity bill dated 30.11.

2009 passed by the 5th respondent in respect of service connection bearing No.HTSC 36 in the name of the petitioner and quash the same in so far it relates to the consumption charges claimed in clause 1 to 3 of the bill and consequently direct the respondents either to refund the amount or adjust the same in the future electricity bills. O R D E R

Today, when these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since already the respondents Board has adjusted the amount as per Energy Wheeling Agreement, no further relief sought for is required in these Writ Petitions. Hence, he prayed to dismiss these Writ Petitions as infructuous.

2. In view of the above, as no further adjudication is required in these Writ Petitions, the present Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
