CMP.No.6120 of 2018 has been filed to condone the delay of 685 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in S.A. No. 561 of 2012; CMP.No.6121 of 2018 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent in S.A.No.561 of 2012; CMP.No.6122 of 2018 has been filed to bring the respondents 2 to 5 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and rank them as the respondents 2 to 5 in the above S.A.No. 561 of 2012. 2.The factum of the death of the sole respondent and the proposed parties are the legal representatives of the deceased, are not in dispute. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to amend the cause title within a period of three weeks and post the matter after four weeks. 04.02.2022 Dua https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
