Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the fair and final order of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai dated 20.09.2016 and made in O.P.No.3497 of 2015. Decree:

This Appeal coming on for hearing on Wednesday, the Thirtieth day of March, Two Thousand and Twenty Two upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court and the material papers in this case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Sanjay Ramasamy, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.V.J.Narendiran, Advocate for the Respondent and having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court while allowing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, doth order and decree as follows:

1) That the fair and final order of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai dated 20.09.2016 and made in O.P.No.3497 of 2015 be and hereby is set aside.

2) That the marriage solemnized between the appellant/respondent viz, Major Frank Ralston Samuel Raj S/o. Colonel Samuel Raj and the respondent/petitioner viz, Kezia Padmini Swarna Pandian D/o. Lieutenant Colonel

Swarna Pandian on 26.10.2007 at CSI St.George Cathedral Church Chennai is be and hereby dissolved.

3) That there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
