2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the word 'not' is missing between the words: blacklisting was and passed.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to add the word 'not' in between the words was and passed in the third sentence in paragraph No.4 of the order and also correct the name of the Learned Counsel Mr.S.Santhosh, instead of S.Santhosh Bose appearing for the R3 to R5.
