ORDER

The award of the Labour Court reinstating the first respondent herein back into service, is put under challenge by the petitioner/Management in the present Writ Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was called upon, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent had subsequently expired and that all the Death cum Retirement Benefits were settled in favour of his legal heirs.

3. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition, which challenges the award of reinstatement.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent that the entire Death cum Retirement Benefits have been settled in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent, the Writ Petition stands closed.
