The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 2(1)(2)(14)(31)(32)(33) (36), 39(1), 33(1A)(2), 49(B)(1)(a), 50 of Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 in W.L.O.R.No.09 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court on 10.10.2025 while considering the bail application of the petitioner on merits had dismissed the petition and now the present petition has been filed as successive application.

3. Today, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that as on date, petitioner is not an accused.
