Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to restore all the title deeds namely Book I documents 3037/1963 dated 04.10.1963, 1461/1965 dated 26.06.1965, 3693/2009 dated 15.05.2009, 8178/2009 dated 13.10.2009 and Book IV documents 462/2011 dated 28.03.2011 to its appropriate records to reflect in Encumbrance certificate and not to give effect to the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings No.1690/A1/2012 dated 12.06.2012 till the disposal of the Appeal filed against the said proceedings by the 2nd respondent.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to restore all the title deeds namely Book I documents 3037/1963 dated 04.10.1963, 1461/1965 dated 26.06.1965, 3693/2009 dated 15.05.2009, 8178/2009 dated 13.10.2009 and Book IV documents 462/2011 dated 28.03.2011 to its appropriate records to reflect in Encumbrance certificate and not to give effect to the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings No.1690/A1/2012 dated 12.06.2012 till the disposal of the Appeal filed against the said proceedings by the 2nd respondent.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
