Today, when the matter is called, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner herein was reinstated as a Supervisor in TASMAC Shop No.1731. In view of the same, the petitioner may not have any further grievance. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
