ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.14535 of 2020, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 13.10.2020.

2.Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The proceedings of the respondent dt.24.12.2020, was also circulated. The learned Standing Counsel submitted that when this was conveyed to the petitioner, the same was refused to be received. A copy of the proceedings was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the respondent, he should independently workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, this contempt petition is closed.
