The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 28 days in filing this criminal revision against the judgment dated 20.09.2023 made in Crl.A.No.157 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge of Mahalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam confirming the judgment dated 06.09.2017 passed by the learned Magistrate, Kotagiri in S.T.C.No.498 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
