ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.14503 of 2020, dt.13.10.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that a communication has been sent to the petitioner through registered post on 22.12.2020 and the same has also been acknowledged by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not aware about the communication sent by the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate is directed to serve a copy of the communication dt.22.12.2020, to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the decision taken by the respondent, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
