O R D E R

The learned counsel for the Petitioner did not login at the hearings on 01.12.2020 and 08.12.2020. In order to provide a final opportunity to him, the case was posted today. Once again, he is not present today. The learned counsel, Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, submits that the loan account was closed on 17.09.2012 and, therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. In support of this contention, he produced the loan ledger pertaining to the Petitioner, namely, G.Ulaganathan. Upon perusal thereof, it is clear that the loan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

account was closed on 17.09.2012 as submitted by the learned counsel Mr.L.P. Shanmughasundaram for the Respondents.

2. By this writ petition, the Petitioner challenges an auction notice dated 05.11.2009, which is consequential to an alleged default in the aforesaid loan account. Accordingly, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition in light of the closure of the relevant loan account. Therefore, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
