3. Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned counsel for the appellant/wife, submitted that the matter be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai on 18.10.2016. He further submitted that necessary arrangements would be made for the appearance of the spouses on 18.10.2016.

4. Therefore, after numbering the appeals, Registry is directed to place the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation on 18.10.2016 and after mediation, matter may be placed before this Court.

5. Registry is further directed to print the names of the learned counsel for the parties and the names of the parties.
