ORDER

1. In this application, vide order dated 27.03.2015, an Advocate Commissioner was appointed to seize and deliver the vehicle to the applicant. Furthermore, the commission was directed to be executed within six weeks. Request for extension of time for execution of warrant is made. The request is acceded to.

2. Accordingly, time for execution of warrant is extended till 06.01.2017.

3. Re-notify on 06.01.2017.
