This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to give permission to conduct cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Vu.Kombadikuppam Village Sri Throupathi Ammal Koil at Vu.Ponnalagaram, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District on 09.02.2022 between 6 PM to 11 PM based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.01.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submits that the permission to conduct the cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) on 09.02.2022 is already time barred.
