ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is already granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.13415 of 2025 vide order dated 23.06.2025, however the petitioner has not come forward to comply with the condition and in the meantime, the investigation is concluded and final report is also filed and the Trial Court has also issued a Non Bailable Warrant against the petitioner herein.
2. Considering the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to approach the Trial Court and recall the Non Bailable Warrant and the Trial Court is directed to consider the same on merits, on the day of surrender.
3. In view of the above directions, this petition is disposed of. 04-02-2026 MPA
