O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and made the following endorsement:

"It is submitted that the Section 4(1) notification of Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Adi Dravidar Welfare Scheme Act 1978 quashed by this Hon'ble Court in WP.No.7185/2001 dated 23.12.2011.

Hence I may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition."

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
