O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 02.02.2022, wherein, the petitioner has challenged the patta standing in the name of respondents 5 to 7 and has sought for the cancellation of the same. 2.Heard Mr.V.Sakkarapani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also considering the fact that 2/4

the representation is pending from the year 2022, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 02.02.2022 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to respondents 5 to 7 and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with the earlier representation dated 02.02.2022 and all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
