PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the order of suspension made in Na.Ka.No.143/6790/Tha-Pi(North)/ 2/2004; North Range Order No.243/2004 dated 01.06.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits. The order under challenge in the present Writ Petition is to quash the suspension order, suspending the petitioner herein https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
from his service. Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader by placing reliance on the averments made in the counter, submitted that the impugned suspension order was revoked on 08.11.2004 itself and that the petitioner herein commenced his service from M1 Harbour Crime Police Station. In view of the same, the prayer sought in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
