Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 5.7.2010 in G.O.(D) No.107 Industries (MMC1) Department of the 1st respondent, confirming the order dated 25.9.2009 in Rc No.1790/MMS/2009 of the 2nd respondent confirming the order dated 11.1.09 in Rc No.M2/36809/2007 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and

consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to grant lease for rough stone quarrying in favour of the Petitioner Sangam in respect of the lands of an extent of 4 hectares each, comprised in Survey Nos.1397 Part 1, 1397 Part 2 and 1397 Part 3 in Vadakankulam, Perungudi Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
