O R D E R

The petitioner gave a complaint dated 03.02.2015 to the respondent police and thereafter, filed CRL.O.P.No.4081 of 2015 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for a direction to the police to register an F.I.R., in which, this Court directed the police to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, a further direction was given to follow the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh [(2014) 2 SCC 1]. Alleging non-compliance of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ above order, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Even according to the petitioner, the police conducted enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.64 of 2015 and closed the complaint. A copy of the closure report has been served on the petitioner and the petitioner has enclosed the same in page No.10 of the typed set of papers. In the order dated 09.03.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.4081 of 2015, there is no positive direction by this Court to register an F.I.R. This Court has directed the police to conduct enquiry and thereafter, take a call. In this case, the police have conducted enquiry and have come to the conclusion that, it is not a fit case to register an F.I.R. They have given reasons for the conclusion in the closure report dated 04.06.2015, which has been served on the petitioner. Hence, there is no non-compliance of the order dated 09.03.

2015, warranting issuance of statutory notice to the respondent. In the result, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
