CRIME NO.554 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A.No.412/2020 on 10.11.2020 that the appellants shall reside within the Municipal Corporation Limits of Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m., except on the days they are required to appear before the Court below for committal and trial on the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.ROHIT SURYA, Advocate for M/S.D.JUGAL KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.T.P.SAVITHA, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.No.412 of 2020, dated 10.11.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.No.412 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
