ORDER

Today, Mr.Balamurugan, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime Record Bureau, Madurai City Police (formerly Inspector of Police, E-5, Sholavaram Police Station) is present.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 20.06.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8345 of 2016 has been complied with and on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular First Information Report has been registered in http://www.judis.nic.in

P.N. PRAKASH,J., sr Cr.No.696 of 2017 on 21.09.2017 for the offence punishable under Secs.294(b), 452, 324 and 506(2) IPCj.

Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.8345 of 2016 is directed to proceed with the investigation in Cr.No.696 of 2017 and either file a final report or closure report as the case may be.
