O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 29.01.2019 made in W.P.No.2470 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government counsel appearing for the respondents that as directed by this court, the respondents have passed an order dated 07.01.2021 vide Ref.No.LL1/5966/2019.

3. In view of the above, this court is of the opinion that nothing survives for further adjudication, as the order of this court has been complied with by the respondents. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy, if any, in the manner known to law.
