This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP No. 395 of 2023 in Crl.OP No. 30624 of 2022.

2. Considering the fact of this case, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on 14.12.2022 with the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the credit of crime number. Thereafter, the petitioner filed the petition to modify the said condition and the same was allowed by modifying the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the crime number on 19.01.2023 and shall deposit the balance amount for a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- to the credit crime number on on or before 20.02.2023. Now, the petitioner filed the present petition to modify the said conditions. This Court has already modified the condition but till date the petitioner has not complied with the condition.
