Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned orders passed by the third respondent in Letter No.439/NI.Pi.2/Ni.Vu.3/Ko.Va.Vae./2016-4, dated 28.09.2016 and QUASH the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide suitable employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground by relaxing age limit.

O R D E R
The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition to quash the order dated 28.09.2016 passed by the third respondent and consequently, direct the respondents to provide suitable employment to him, on compassionate grounds. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred an appeal, dated 11.06.2017, as against the order passed by the 3rd respondent, rejecting the application made by his mother seeking appointment on compassionate grounds and the same is pending without any progress. Hence, he is before this Court.
3. Mr. M. Fakkir Mohideen, learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondent fairly submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner would be considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the third respondent to dispose of the appeal, dated 11.06.2017 filed by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
