Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 28.09.2019, and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 28.09.2019 and dispose of the same within a time fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was working as an Irrigation Assistant and the fourth respondent had terminated his service by an order dated 18.09.2018. As against the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the third respondent and the same was also rejected by an order dated 22.07.2019. The petitioner preferred the further Appeal before the second respondent on 28.09.2019 and the said appeal is pending. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the Appeal filed by the petitioner on 28.09.2019 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with the copy of the Appeal filed on 28.09.2019 and a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
