This petition has been filed to extend the time for deposit the sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) in Crl.O.P.No.23845 of 2023 dated 03.01.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur by a period of three weeks.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 15.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
