Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of attachment in Ref.No.B6.TN/TR/Recy/43762/TRY/04 dated 28.09.2004 and the consequential show cause notice of warrant of arrest in Ref.No.B.6/TN/SRO-TRY/43762/Recovery/2004 dated 06.10.2004 issued by the respondent herein quash the same as illegal and contrary to law.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the order of attachment which was impugned in the writ petition dated 28.09.2004 and the show cause notice was also issued on 06.10.2004.

2. The recovery was in relation to Mahendra Van and on account of the efflux of time, the cause aroused for filing of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the present writ petition do not exists as of now. This apart, the writ petitioner has challenged the consequential order and the main order passed is not under challenge.

3. This being the factum, the writ petitioner is not entitled for any relief at this length of time, if any, grievance exists, the writ petitioner is at liberty to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
