This Writ Petition was admitted on 24.01.2013. Thereafter, the matter stood adjourned on several occasions. On many occasions, there was no representation for the Petitioners.
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing on 04.06.2019, there was no representation for the Petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" after a week.
3. Even today, when the matter was called, none represented the Petitioners. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
