Respondents PRAYER:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the recommendation of the second respondent in Na.Ka.4448/2014(P) dated 05.10.2021 consequently direct the respondents to revise the Petitioner's service as Junior assistant from the date of initial appointment i.e, 17.10.2018 and to provide subsequent promotions with all service and monetary benefits more particularly within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioner's request has been considered by the 1st respondent and rejected vide Proceedings in No. OM 28656/2021/A4), dated 05.02.2022, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order of the respondent, if so advised.
