Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide Na.Ka.Va.Aa.4/3301/2009, dated 18.11.2009 and for a consequential direction to the Respondents to pay salary from 01.06.2008 till date.

According to the Petitioner, he was appointed as Tank Operator by the 3rd Respondent on 05.02.1998. It is the case of the 3rd Respondent that, the Petitioner did not return to duty and hence, salary was not disbursed to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Whether the Petitioner reported for work or not is a disputed question of fact and this Court cannot entertain the Writ Petition. However, it is open to the Petitioner to agitate the issue in the manner known to law. The Writ Petition stands dismissed with the above observation.
