1279/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MAGESH Senior Counsel on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking for extension of time by another four weeks for remitting the balance amount of Rs.5,00,000/-.

2.This court by order dated 18.01.2017, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- within a period of three weeks, while passing an order directing the respondent not to take any coercive measures against the petitioner. In pursuant to the said order, the petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on 03.02.2017 and however for depositing the remaining amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition by stating that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, they were not able to mobilise the fund within the time prescribed.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit the balance sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) with the respondent on or before 30.03.2017. It is made clear that no further time will be granted to the petitioner on any account.
