O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to dispose of the revision before him in accordance with the direction of the Division Bench of this Honourable Court made in W.A.No.1386 of 1993 dated 28.03.2001.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate on instructions, submitted that the revision is still pending before the respondent herein and that if a direction is given to dispose of it within a stipulated time, the same would be complied with.

3. Recording the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate, the respondent herein is called upon to dispose of the revision before him in accordance with the direction of the Division Bench of this Honourable Court made in W.A.No.1386 of 1993 dated 28.03.2001, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
