This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent directing the petitioner to appear for enquiry for measuring an property based on the application given by the third respondent.
2. Considering the fact that the notice sent by the first respondent to the petitioner is only to appear for an enquiry, the petitioner cannot maintain a writ petition to challenge the notice for enquiry.
