Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to transfer and post the petitioner as Community Organizer in the office of the third respondent at Chennai based on the representation dated 11.12.2019 submitted by the petitioner, within time period stipulated by this Court. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that on the basis of petitioner's request made on 11.12.2019, requesting that she be accommodated in any office of the respondent in and around at Chennai. The Administration has passed proceedings dated 12.02.2019, posting the petitioner at Sembakkam Municipality. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The grievance of the petitioner herein is that the said transfer order has not been served on the petitioner. This Court is of the view that unless the transfer order is served on the petitioner, the petitioner cannot be expected to join duty at Sembakkam Municipality. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the transfer order, which according to him was posting the petitioner to Sembakkam Municipality at an early date. On receipt of the transfer order, the petitioner is directed to join duty at Sembakkam Municipality. The third respondent is directed to serve transfer order on her. 3.In view of the aforementioned facts, no further orders are required in the present writ petition and the writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
