O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A6/742/07 dated 09.01.2008 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Assistant Cook in the 3rd respondent School.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Sivalingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the punishment order issued to the petitioner was regularized and she was appointed to the post of Assistant Cook and nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. Mr.K.Ravikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent produced the proceedings dated 23.09.2015 bearing Reference No.BE4/1703/2015-410 for having appointed the petitioner to the post of Assistant Cook.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
