Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.04.2015 and 18.09.2015.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 25.04.2015 and 18.09.2015 respectively.

2. Perusal of the representations submitted by the petitioner would reveal that in respect of certain irregularities and illegalities alleged to have been committed by the sixth respondent, the petitioner submitted representations to respondents 1 to 4 to initiate action. However, no action has been taken by the respondents 1 to 4. Thus, the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

3. This Court is of the considered opinion that no doubt the petitioner has raised several allegations. However, all the allegations are subject to an enquiry to be conducted by the Competent Authorities.

4. The sixth respondent is the Educational Trust. Therefore, any illegality or irregularity is identified, then the Authorities Competent are bound to negotiate action by following the procedures as contemplated under the Statutes.

5. This being the factum, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to look into the grounds and if necessary conduct an enquiry and a prima facie case in respect of any allegations and then conduct an enquiry and proceed in accordance with law.
