ORDER

Mr.N.Vijayakumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned State counsel for all the three respondents are before this Virtual court. Learned counsel on record for writ petitioner submits that the writ petition has since become infructuous and the writ petitioner has also since retired from service.

2. In the light of stated position of the writ petitioner, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed (having become infructuous) making it clear that in this order there is no expression of views or opinion on merits and therefore, rights of the parties, if any, will stand preserved. There shall be no order as to costs.
