ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the complaint against the petitioner in Crime No.12 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the 1 st respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that pending this petition, the investigation was completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Salem on 25.01.2025 vide Ref.No.LTN20220002619/C202500006.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
